1 Large Can of Pumpkin (not pie mix)
2 Boxes Spice Cake Mix
1 bag Semi Sweet Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mix and Bake on parchment covered cookie sheet for 9-12 minutes @ 350. Let cool on pan for 3-5 minutes, then cool completely on wire rack. YUM! Happy Fall!
I've done these with just one cake mix and half the chips, then you bake them in muffin cups. SO good! I've heard you can do them with just about any cake mix, but spice is the best. Wonder if I can find a GF spice cake mix or make my own? I'll bet I could!
